Alyssa Farah Griffin Has Been Missing From The View For At Least Three Episodes, Worrying Fans

Farah Griffin has a prominent background as a political strategist. She had previously served as a press secretary for U.S. Vice President Mike Pence and special assistant to President Donald Trump from 2017 to 2019. Throughout her career, she has had various roles, such as a United States Department of Defense press secretary.

However, many were introduced to Farah Griffin as a co-host on The View, where she discusses current events with the other panelists. She had become a permanent co-host on the talk show back in 2022.

That said, recent fans have grown concerned after Griffin appeared to take a leave of absence from the show. However, she recently shared what’s going on during a recent Instagram Story.

At the time, fans had grown concerned as Griffin recently announced that she was pregnant with her first child. Previously, it was shared that the baby, believed to be a boy, is expected to arrive around February 2026.

During her recent share, Griffin explained that she was dealing with a stomach virus and shared the hope she would soon return to the show. As she wrote, “Hey guys! I’ve been down sick with a stomach virus but will hopefully be back on [The View] tomorrow.”

Farah Griffin Also Had Some Advice For Fans During Her Instagram Story

Griffin’s message likely assured fans the situation wasn’t too seriously. That said, she admitted that her current condition wasn’t making things any easier. As she continued, “It’s no fun being sick while 6 ½+ months pregnant! Remember it’s that time of year — be smart, use hand sanitizer, stay home if you’re sick!”

On social media, many have expressed their prayers for Griffin during this time. As one fan wrote, “I pray she and the baby are ok. She’s been out for 3 days.”
