A Fox News medical analyst got heated while discussing ICE agents’ “mental health.”
During the Friday, January 9, episode of the network‘s daytime talk show, Outnumbered, Harris Faulkner, Emily Compagno, Senior Medical Analyst Dr. Marc Siegel, Tomi Lahren, and Donna Rotunno discussed the recent ICE shooting in Minnesota that resulted in the death of Renee Good.
After Faulkner mentioned that ICE agents, who were carrying out a mission in the area, had asked the woman to move out of the way multiple times, Siegel pointed out that she reportedly had a history of getting involved with immigration agents. He nearly began yelling as he continued to say that ICE agents have enough mental health issues in today’s world.
Faulkner told her co-hosts, “We showed on the Focus last hour that this woman was in her car for four minutes ahead of this incident that happened, blocking federal agents from doing what they were trying to do, they were trying to carry out a mission that they had in that block, in that area of South Minneapolis, 34th and Portland.
“And so she had been there, and they had been trying to tell her to get out of the way. And you see it pull into view four minutes later, those agents still with her, trying to, you know, ‘We need for you to get out of the car,’ ‘We need for you to do this,’ and then, of course, we know what happened next, it’s all on video.”

Siegel then mentioned that Good “had a long history of this type of thing with ICE agents.” He continued, “With her background in instigating and assaulting, or at least verbally assaulting, ICE agents. That’s the background.”
The medical professional added, “I can’t outdo anything what these great lawyers on this couch, how they set this up, that A: it’s a federal issue and Emily was just amazing about how we can’t be doing trails on this woman before she gets to court, well she’s gone, but I mean this whole situation has to be litigated, not by the left on the streets causing tremendous rioting.
“This is the mistake that was made before, this is the mistake that was made with George Floyd, this is the mistake that is being made here. It’s really dangerous.”
Siegel then got heated as he said, “I want to make one more point. And this is the point you and I always make, Harris, which is the mental health issue of what the ICE agents go through here.
“I mean, President Trump’s trying to clean up the situation and get illegals out of the country before more crimes are committed. Detention centers are filling now, over 60 thousand illegals in detention centers, 30 thousand under Biden. And he’s trying to deport people out of the country, and ICE is trying to do justice here in this country!”

Siegel concluded, “And they have tremendous mental health problems as a result of it, which spreads to their families, and instead, they’re under attack by the left.”
An ICE officer fatally shot the 37-year-old Good on Wednesday, January 7.
The Department of Homeland Security has alleged that Good was attempting to run over law enforcement officers when the incident occurred. Local officials have disputed this.
Good’s wife, Becca Good, has spoken out in a statement to MPR (per ABC News), saying Renee “lived by an overarching belief: there is kindness in the world and we need to do everything we can to find it where it resides and nurture it where it needs to grow.”
Becca added to MPR, “Renee was a Christian who knew that all religions teach the same essential truth: we are here to love each other, care for each other, and keep each other safe and whole.”
