An Indiana high school secretary has been accused of having s3x with two students after her husband allegedly came home to catch her in the act with one of them.

Newly released video footage captures Alicia Hughes sobbing during a police investigation as she admitted to having s3x with an 18-year-old student multiple times before being questioned about an alleged s3xual relationship with another student, who was a minor.

The interrogation footage of the 31-year-old married mother of three was made public on Saturday, just days after the 31-year-old’s husband filed for divorce and emergency custody of their three children, LawandCrime reports. In the recording, Hughes tearfully acknowledged that her husband had discovered her in bed with an 18-year-old student from Randolph Eastern School Corporation, where she was employed.

The school secretary stated that “the physical thing … has been going on since the end of January,” before adding, “This is the third time that I’ve been with him.” Hughes can also be heard in the video emphasizing that it was “not before he was 18.”

Whilst Hughes initially denied any s3xual involvement with other students during the interrogation, she was unaware that a 17-year-old boy had come forward just hours earlier, claiming he had also engaged in s3xual relations with the high school secretary on at least five occasions, beginning in a car outside a Dollar General store, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.

“Have you had s3x with any other students?” the investigating officer asked her during the interview. “No,” Hughes responded.

The officer challenged her answer, asking, “Are you sure about that?” Hughes eventually conceded that she had met the minor in question at Dollar General and had sent pictures to him.

She flatly denied having an affair, maintaining, “I never slept with him,” before requesting her attorney. The interrogation concluded with Hughes being taken into custody on five counts of child seduction.

The mother of three is facing potential penalties of up to six years behind bars and a $10,000 fine for each of the five charges.

According to the Union City Police Department, Hughes’ disturbing secret came to light when officers responded to a battery call. Her husband had reportedly discovered her in bed with a student on Valentine’s Day.

In the footage, Hughes explained to the officer that although her actions were not “justified,” she had been “physically and mentally” abused by her husband, stating, “And that’s where I’m at. And now I’m here.”

Hughes’ husband has not been publicly named, and it is still uncertain whether he will face charges related to the alleged battery.

Hughes is presently detained at Randolph County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond. Police say the charges currently center on the incidents involving the 17-year-old.

It remains unknown whether she will face any legal ramifications for her encounter with the 18-year-old student.

Hughes has been suspended from her position at Randolph Eastern School Corporation. She “has been removed from all duties with students pending the outcome of the legal process,” Superintendent Neal Adams informed The Post.
