Robin Roberts is best known to many for working as a co-anchor on Good Morning America. However, the GMA journalist appears to be taking a bit of a break. Recently, Roberts assured fans just when they can expect to see more of her.
Fans Noticed They Weren’t Seeing Good Morning America Co-Anchor Robin Roberts As Often As They Normally Do
Roberts has held her current position of co-anchor on Good Morning America since 2006, having previously served as a news anchor on the show. She previously joined ABC News in the 1990s.
Fans of Roberts, whom she affectionately refers to as her “Glam Fam,” have seen her in a variety of roles over the years. In addition to her work with GMA, she previously spent 15 years as a sportscaster for ESPN.
In addition, Roberts is also known to share a daily Instagram video with a morning message and prayer. Such videos include clips from her dressing room to sharing inspirational stories.
Roberts appears to be taking a break from these daily videos as of late. Her last video was posted on June 19, 2025, where she shared her thoughts about being grateful on “Thankful Thursday.”
Roberts Shared Just When Fans Can Expect Her Videos To Return
However, Roberts recently assured fans when they’d return in a post on social media. Taking to Instagram, the Good Morning America co-anchor shared a screenshot reading, “Thankful Thursday,” in a pinned post.
In a caption, Roberts wrote, “Hope to be back with Glam Fam on Monday with the morning message. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust to our new studio. Still want to know what you’re most grateful for on this #thankfulthursday.” This Monday appears to refer to June 30, 2025.
Taking to the comments, many fans shared they were happy to know when the videos would be coming back. A few also shared a few prayers of their own. Some comments included:
- “Happy Thursday beautiful Robin and Glam Fam!! Thankful for His never-ending mercy, grace and the peace that only He can provide. #beablessing P.S. looking forward to the return of your morning messages and prayers!!”
- “Happy Thursday! I am grateful for this morning’s sunshine and new day. Thank you!”
