Jesse Watters is being called out for his latest spiel on The Five.

The 47-year-old Fox News reporter was on the political talk show where they had a segment called “Lefty Reporters Try to Divid Team USA,” which pertained to the current controversy with the US Olympic male hockey team. During a call, President Donald Trump made an insensitive remark about having to invite the US Olympic female hockey team, or he’ll be impeached, and the men’s team laughed. The laughter and the lack of defense of the women’s team sparked backlash.

Watter then agreed and once more brought up women, “I’m not saying this is a gay thing, Greg. But this is how it feels, feels like you are getting nagged by a woman you don’t like.”

Greg burst out into laughter while Watters was speaking. The clip ends with Jessica Tarlov telling Watters, “Then cut the broad loose.”

The moment circulated online, and viewers slammed Watters’ remark, calling him misogynistic. Some were also confused about what Watters was trying to say.

A person on X formerly Twitter wrote, “Watters is the most misogynistic man on television. I don’t know how any woman can watch him.”

During the 2024 presidential election, he made an inappropriate comment, stating that generals “would have their way” with Vice President Kamala Harris if she were elected president. Watters claimed he didn’t mean his comment in a “sexual way.”
