When you do live television, literally anything can happen. This is often both a blessing and a curse. In recent GMA scenes, Strahan’s co-anchors attempted to recreate a viral dance moment from Dancing With The Stars.

Ginger Zee and Sam Champion were attempting to recreate a specific move from one of the dances that essentially comes with a “try at your own risk” label. Strahan looked on, amused at the tomfoolery that his co-anchors were getting themselves into.

Zee and Champion managed their first attempt at the move, even if it didn’t look pretty. After some encouragement, they decided to give things one more go. This time around, Zee ended up getting dragged across the floor.

Without much hesitation, Michael Strahan jumped into action, helping to lift Ginger Zee to her feet. Of course, Strahan had to pull teammates up off the ground who weighed between 200-300 pounds, sometimes more.

So, Strahan was able to make quick work of getting his Good Morning America co-anchor to her feet. Strahan even got into the same position on the ground for good measure as a joke.
