HODA Kotb reunited with her ex, Joel Schiffman, for a sweet Christmas morning photo, as fans suspect that they are back together.
The former Today Show anchor posted a sweet snap with Joel on Christmas morning.
In the photo, Hoda, 61, smiled alongside Joel as well as her sister, Hala, her mother, Sameha and her daughters, Hope and Haley.
The family appeared to be all smiles in adorable matching holiday pajamas and blinking Santa hat headbands.
It’s not the first time in recent months that Joel was over for a gathering.
Back in November, Joel was also at the home.
Hoda took to Instagram to post photos of herself and Joel enjoying dinner with their daughters.
One of the images showed Joel posing with the girls, while another captured the four of them sitting down for a meal.
Hoda was seen beaming in the family photograph, and followers quickly shared their thoughts on the post.
One fan wrote: “So happy to see Joel with the girls!” Another commented: “Love co-parenting, as it should be. I know your girls are so loved and it’s beautiful to see.”
Hoda, who concluded her tenure on the Today Show earlier this year in January after serving as a presenter for seventeen years, recently discussed the reasons she and Joel ended their relationship in 2022 following their 2019 engagement.
Reflecting on their separation in her new book, Jump and Find Joy: Embracing Change in Every Season of Life, she wrote: “Our decision to part wasn’t one that we took lightly, but we knew it was the right one.
“It came from a place of love, not anger, which makes a big difference.”
Hoda also shared details about their choice to adopt their two daughters.
She had informed Joel of her desire to explore adoption just one year into their relationship.
She revealed in her book that Joel was thrilled by the idea, writing: “Joel looked me in the eye, and without blinking, replied, ‘I don’t need a minute, and the answer is yes.’ I literally fell onto his chest and wept.
I sobbed, my tears a huge release of relief and gratitude. It was one of the first times I said the word ‘adoption’ out loud.”
