GOOD Morning America’s Dr. Jen Ashton has flaunted her fit figure in a bikini while posing with her daughter, Chloe, for a new photo.
The mother-daughter duo appeared in a mirror selfie highlighting their toned bodies after an over-a-year-long fitness journey.
Jen, 56, shared the photo on Instagram, showing the TV star rocking the orange two-piece suit and her blonde hair in a ponytail.
Her 26-year-old daughter stood beside her wearing a red string bikini and her brunette hair in an updo.
Both ensembles showcased the ladies’ toned physiques and rock-hard abs in a dramatic body transformation.
Jen credited their makeover in her caption to the “Wellness Experiment,” a special fitness program monitored by their trainer, Korey Rowe.
“Strength at 56 and 26 @chloee_ashtonn Never thought this was possible before I started my Wellness Experiment last year,” Jen wrote and gushed that she “feels better this year than I did last year.”
Fans praised the pair for their dedication and commitment to the nutrition and exercise regimen in the comments.
“Wow Dr Jen you look so fabulous. I will be doing what you do as we welcome 2026 in,” one person wrote.
“Looking healthy, fit and fierce!!!” boasted another.
“Wowza Dr Jen! You and your daughter look amazing. Your dedication and hard work have paid off 100-fold,” said a third.
“Rocking body. You are an inspiration,” applauded a fourth.
“Strong and Inspiring! Keep sharing and educating the ladies on aging healthy and fabulous!” added a fifth.
Jen has been documenting her wellness journey online, sharing pictures and videos of her healthy meals and elevated workout routine.
In July, the former GMA star commemorated the one-year mark since starting the experiment, revealing she felt “stronger, healthier, and happier” after changing her wellness approach.
A few months earlier, the mom of two showed off her progress in photos of herself sporting a sexy swimsuit while on a getaway in Cabo San Lucas.
Jen has been focusing more on her health following her departure from GMA and ABC News in June 2024 after 13 years as the shows’ chief medical correspondent.
She left to dedicate her attention to her new women’s wellness company, Ajenda, which provides health information for menopause, weight management, and nutrition.
