Jesse Watters has been called a “bloodthirsty idiot” after he shared his thoughts about “evil scientists” on his show.

Speaking on Jesse Watters‘ Primetime, the controversial Fox News host was discussing the rumor that Iran has enough uranium to create several nuclear bombs.

During his March 11 show, Watters claimed that US special forces may need to infiltrate a bunker in Pickaxe Mountain, where it is believed Iran still holds enough material to make at least 10 nuclear warheads. This comes as Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Congress that “people are going to have to go and get it.”

It is believed that Iran is harboring 400kg of highly enriched uranium in the mountain, but nuclear proliferation expert, Jeffrey Lewis, has said “it would be tough” for the US to extract the material.

Following this revelation, Watters condemned the “evil scientists” in the mountain, in a rant that has been compared to something from the children’s TV franchise, Scooby Doo.

Speaking on his show, Watters said, “We might not get what we got in Venezuela, but as long as Iran is completely disarmed, and can’t threaten America and the Strait with missiles, drones, and nukes, the president will take the win.”

Continuing, the 47-year-old added, “US intelligence believes the Iranians squirrelled away what’s left of their uranium into what’s known as Pickaxe Mountain, a nearly impenetrable bunker, buried deep in granite where evil scientists have been working back a clock, cobbling back a program that was obliterated during Operation Midnight Hammer.”

Jesse then explained that the “bunker busters might not be able to do the trick,” as he told viewers, “Reports say special forces might have to be inserted to physically shut it down on the ground.”

Fox News viewers were quick to share their thoughts on the segment, which bore the chyron, “Is Iran’s inpenetrable bunker next?”, with one person writing on X, “Jesse thinks Iran is a bad guy in a Scooby-Doo movie!”

“Who is writing Watters’ stuff? Sounds like the plot for a bad Movie of the Week from the late 70s,” a second person added, while a third chimed in to say, “He is such a bloodthirsty idiot saying things like this.”

“Fox propagandists are indoctrinating the MAGA base with lies to prepare them for a ground invasion with troops on the ground in Iran,” commented a fourth Fox News viewer.

Others compared Watters’ words to something from an Austin Powers movie, as a light-hearted viewer penned, “‘Where evil scientists work.’ Right out of an Austin Powers dialogue,” and others shared photos of the franchise’s Dr. Evil.
