Fox News host Greg Gutfeld has been locked out of his official X (formerly Twitter) account for so long that his fans are now begging X owner Elon Musk for help.
The 61-year-old Gutfeld! host prompted netizens to advocate for his X access to be restored after he reportedly announced he had been locked out of his account for 5 days while co-hosting Fox’s hit show, The Five.
One X user directly alerted Elon, 55, on the social media platform, tweeting: “@elonmusk Greg Gutfeld just announced on @TheFive that he’s been locked out of his X accnt for 5 days now. Says he can’t get help from X. @Gutfeldfox @greggutfeld.”
“Elon, Greg Gutfeld from FOX NEWS has been locked out of his X Account for 5 days. He announced it on The FIVE, now Bret Baier is asking you to unlock Greg’s X Account,” another said.
Numerous other X account holders followed suit, asking Elon to help Greg get his account back, with one expressing, “Elon. Please let. Greg gutfeld ‘s ex account open up again. Thank you.”

Someone else shared, “@elonmusk why is Greg Gutfeld locked out of X? I thought you ended censorship and were in favor of free speech. What is going on? This is unacceptable!”
Meanwhile, one wrote, “@elonmusk please reinstate @greggutfeld Greg Gutfeld. His 3 million followers are angry.” There was one person who begged, “Elon, let Greg Gutfeld back on X! Please!”
Amid Greg’s inability to access his X account over the last few days, his supporters on X noticed that he had been hacked on Saturday (February 7), including conservative media personality Mike Cernovich. Also, right-wing commentator Stephen L. Miller noted that something was off with Greg’s page.
Over the weekend, someone who hacked into Greg’s X account published a post about cryptocurrency and sent DMs (direct messages) to users about needing votes so he could “co-host an upcoming entertainment show.”
“Just made my withdrawal from crypto trading with the incredible guidance of my coach. Grateful for the support on this exciting journey. Thank you @CoachAntonia Couldn’th ave done it without you. Here’s to many more successful trades ahead,” the post said.
A Fox rep confirmed to Mediate that Greg’s personal X account had been hacked.
