Margaret Josephs In Mourning
RHONJ star Margaret Josephs has had an interesting history with her husband. She was married to Jan Josephs when she met and fell for Joe Benigno. This is something that the reality star has never been shy about. It has caused some controversy, especially since she helped raise Jan’s three children, two of whom she is estranged from. Together, they had one son, Jack, but sadly, he passed away. That was very hard for Margaret as she was still very close to her ex. Now, the fifty-eight-year-old has lost her next “soul mate,” and she is torn up about what to do next.
On Saturday, March 7th, 2026, Margaret took to social media to share a slide of photos as well as a short video. She then explained, via a tribute, that one of her closest friends, Al, had passed away. He was also very close to her husband and was the “only human allowed to groom Joes mustache and cut his hair.” She described him as her “ginger soul mate” and never imagined a life without him. It appears that he knew several of her RHONJ co-stars, as they sent in condolences and happy memories.
Margaret shared that since Al has passed, a piece of her died along with him. That is horrifically sad to see, given that she has so much life in her. She is currently in Beverly Hills, California, recovering from surgery. Yet, she is likely headed back to New Jersey ASAP so she can be there for Al’s family and his husband of three decades.
