Savannah Guthrie was out of work for a few weeks. This was because she had to have surgery on her vocal cords. This was something that she knew she had to do for a while, but was putting off. Finally, she pulled the trigger and got it done. Savannah had a polyp on her vocal cord that she had to get taken care of. However, after the surgery, she could not talk for a while. This was hard for her and her children. However, she is back to work and could not be more excited.
Al Roker Gives Honest Opinion About Her Return
Al Roker has given his honest opinion about Savannah Guthrie’s return to The Today Show. Savannah had her first day back. However, Craig Melvin announced that he was glad to have her back. Savannah then said that no one was as happy for her return as Al was.
“He was literally just doing a little dance over there.”
The camera then cut to Al, and he was doing a little dance. So, it is safe to say that he was thrilled for her return. A lot of people are happy that she is back and missed her while she was away. Savannah does have to be careful about how much she talks for now.
It seems as though Al was happy to have Savannah back. It seems like all of her fellow hosts were. This was good news for fans to hear, as they are happy that they all get along. It was said that the show had better ratings when she was not there. However, there is no telling if that was a coincidence or not. Fans love Savannah and are glad that she is back.
