Fox News was brought to a screeching halt as Kid Rock burst into a furious rant over lip-syncing accusations.

The 55-year-old, born Robert James Ritchie, found himself at the receiving end of some intense backlash after he headlined MAGA’s answer to the Super Bowl halftime show. In response to 31-year-old Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny headlining the iconic halftime show, Kid teamed up with Turning Point USA to put on a show of their own.

For his appearance at the event, dubbed the All-American Halftime Show, Kid was accused of lip-syncing, leading viewers to believe he wasn’t singing live as initially promised.

The rocker has since addressed this scrutiny during an appearance on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle on Monday, February 9.

Host Laura Ingraham kicked off the conversation, sharing, “I wrote a book called Shut Up and Sing about 20 years ago, pretty prescient. I just love music. This is one place I don’t really need politics, okay? I just love, I love great music.

“So there are a lot of questions about what happened during your first song on stage. People were talking about it. It seemed to be a little bit out of whack. What was going on there?” she then asked.

The Picture singer admitted, “Yeah, so it was out of sync. And actually, just to have some fun with the haters, I can’t answer all the trolls, but it’s going to be some fun.

“My DJ, who actually wraps that song with me, he was not lit up. He’s coming to Nashville tonight, flying in. We’re going to do that live in my living room, and I’m going to post it tomorrow to show people exactly how this works.

“Because, number one, if it would have been lip syncing, like people are trying to, you know, the left is trying to throw me under the bus again, the mainstream media and social media tries to amplify it, it would have been super easy to sync it up if it was pre-recorded,” he insisted.

“It was very difficult for the turning point production crew, who, by the way, I can’t say enough good things about, but this was very difficult for him.

“I’m jumping around the stage like a rabid monkey, rapping my song, and I’m taking breaths, my DJs, filling in the other parts of it. I even told him, when I saw the rough cut, I was like, ‘you guys got to work on that sync. It’s off.’

“So it was just a syncing issue that they had. And I know they tried to get it right. It was very difficult. But I’ll answer all the haters tomorrow, and then we’ll put them back in the ‘Shut up, and go back to trying to report the fake news.'” he concluded.

Laura replied, gushing, “I loved how you were jumping. I don’t know how you did it. I mean, you’re not 30 years old.”
