Fox News personality Sean Hannity has provided an unusual window into his relationship with fiancée Ainsley Earhardt, revealing insights into their shared life and how their bond formed mostly behind closed doors.

During a recent guest spot on The Katie Miller Podcast, the 64-year-old Hannity spoke candidly about his romance with the 49-year-old Fox and Friends anchor, including how he came to pop the question.

Whilst The Sean Hannity Show veteran has traditionally maintained discretion regarding the couple’s personal life, he disclosed during the interview that their aligned principles and comparable ways of living have deepened their partnership. “When you find the right person that is completely supportive of all that I do, and we have the exact same values, and we love to do the same stuff,” Hannity explained on the podcast.

He further elaborated on the more low-key lifestyle both gravitate toward in their time together.

“We’re not really into big social scene stuff. We like family dinners, we like to be with our kids and just have downtime, just have fun and just be with each other,” he noted.

From his previous marriage to Jill Rhodes, Hannity has two adult children: daughter Merri Kelly Hannity, 24, and son Sean Patrick Hannity, 27. Earhardt is the mother of 10-year-old daughter Hayden Dubose Proctor from her past marriage to Will Proctor.

According to Hannity, spending time with Earhardt provides a respite from his high-pressure professional life.

“It’s kind of like when I’m with her, I’m on vacation,” Hannity revealed to host Katie Miller. “It just takes me out of my work mode.”

Throughout the conversation, Hannity also discussed his December 2024 proposal to Earhardt. The engagement occurred at their home church, a location the pair later characterized as particularly significant due to their mutual faith.

When Miller inquired whether proposing required considerable bravery, Hannity indicated the experience felt effortless. “It was as natural as us sitting here,” Hannity explained.

“The only thing I had in the back of my head was, ‘What if she says no?'” Earhardt accepted, and the couple subsequently described the church setting as the “perfect place,” emphasizing how their shared faith has been central to their bond and “have placed God first in their relationship.”

Whilst Hannity and Earhardt typically maintain privacy regarding their personal affairs, they provided a rare window into their blended family life during the holidays. Earhardt posted photographs from a winter getaway to Paris on Instagram in a since-deleted post that was preserved.

The pictures depicted the couple alongside their children taking a selfie before the Eiffel Tower. Other images from the trip captured the group posing outside the restaurant Chez Julien and leaping together in front of the Louvre Pyramid.

One snapshot from the dinner table revealed the couple beaming as they held each other whilst eating, with Earhardt dressed in a white silk wrap top and diamond stud earrings.

Hannity and Earhardt have a 15-year age difference, and speculation about their relationship swirled for years before the pair publicly acknowledged their romance. They consistently refused to address the rumors until the Daily Mail covered their relationship in 2023.

Their partnership has also garnered endorsement from Donald Trump, who commended the couple during a call into Fox and Friends last year. “This could be the biggest – most important thing I’ve said,” Trump said. “Those are two great – Ainsley and Sean – great people.”
