A TODAY host has filed for divorce from her husband after a painful split.

Co-host of Today and meteorologist for the show Dylan Dreyer has officially filed for divorce from her husband of 12 years.

Dylan and Brian Fichera endured a painful split when they announced their separation in July 2025.

The 44-year-old television personality filed for divorce on March 10, and has now relocated to Long Island to focus on bringing up her three sons.

The couple share Calvin, 9, Oliver, 6, and Russell, 4.

Sources told Us Weekly that the separation was difficult.

Dylan reportedly struggled with the idea of starting over after many years of marriage, but she has “put that aside and focused on the kids”.

Despite the divorce, Dylan and Brian aim to remain close and continue co-parenting their children with “love and respect”.

Dylan and her three sons are now “thriving in their new town”.

“They have a great new routine,” a source told Us Weekly.

“She [Dylan] loves her job and loves that she can be home with the kids after school. She’s very involved.”

Although things are looking up for Dylan, she did endure a very “painful” time.

She is said to have benefitted from “a lot of support” from her friends at work.

The source confessed, “The split was painful, and Dylan struggled with the idea of starting over and having this new life after being married for so many years.

“But with time, she kind of put that aside and focused on the kids.”

The meteorologist confirmed her split from the freelance cameraman in an Instagram post in July 2025.

She penned at the time, “For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows.

“The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between.

“I am incredibly grateful for the support and love you’ve given me through it all.

“For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate.”

She added how they began their relationship as friends, with them aiming to remain friends despite splitting up.

“Most importantly, we will continue to co-parent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for another.

“Thank you as always for your support,” she concluded.

At the time of their split, a source exclusively told The U.S. Sun, “Dylan and Brian are best friends and will remain best friends.

“They are putting their three boys first and are focused on coparenting together.”
